REFUND & CANCELLATIONS

2. Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report it to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the item.

• The product will be inspected, and a refund or replacement will be processed accordingly.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

 

3. Returns & Refunds

• If you are unsatisfied with a product, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused and in its original condition for a return to be accepted.

• Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days after the return is approved.
